Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds only for services previously contracted under specific terms. Refunds will be considered only if the request is made within the first 30 days of payment execution and provided that no final products, reports, or substantial services have been delivered.

2. Exclusions

Refunds will not be given on custom projects that have already started development or consultancies whose content has been delivered to the client. Additionally, payments related to software licenses, subscriptions, or third-party integrations purchased on behalf of the customer will not be refunded.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, the customer must send a written request to contact@roraimadevs.com with a detailed description of the problem. We will evaluate each case individually and provide a resolution within 14 business days of receiving the request.

4. Additional Terms

We reserve the right to deny refunds if it is determined that the customer has not complied with the terms of the contract or if the cancellation is the result of external changes beyond our control. All disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida.

5. Subscription Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their subscription at any time by providing written notice to contact@roraimadevs.com at least 15 days before the next billing cycle. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds will be issued for services already rendered during that period. Clients are responsible for all charges incurred up to the effective cancellation date. Reactivation of canceled subscriptions may be subject to additional fees or updated terms.
